Dennis Calderon

Dennis Calderon is a business and corporate lawyer, and has represented numerous companies and individuals in a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, computer software and hardware, Internet, e-commerce, life sciences, healthcare and service businesses.

Dennis represents clients in a variety of business and corporate transactional matters, including business formation, seed financing and other capital financing, licensing, joint development, strategic relationships, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to founding the firm, Dennis practiced in the corporate departments of Cooley Godward, LLP and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton.  He has also worked in-house with market leading companies in healthcare, e-commerce and wireless telecommunications industries.

Dennis received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law in 1994, and is a member of the California State Bar.
